Do You Keep Ready Stock?
No. All styles are made to order to maintain quality, reduce waste, and offer full customization.
What Is Your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 50 pieces per design, with the flexibility to split across multiple sizes.
Can Designs Be Customized?
Yes. We offer complete customization, including fabric selection, color variations, length adjustments, trims, detailing, and private label branding.
Which Sustainable Fabrics Do You Use?
We work with a range of responsible materials such as linen, linen blends, organic cotton, hemp, bamboo blends, eco viscose, and other certified sustainable fabrics.
What Are Your Production Timelines?
- Samples: 10–15 days
- Bulk Production: 30–45 days after sample approval
- Shipping: 3–10 days depending on destination
Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability.
Do You Provide Samples?
Yes. Samples are produced at a sample charge, which may be adjusted against bulk orders depending on the order volume.
Do You Offer Private Label Manufacturing?
Yes. We specialize in private label production including brand labels, washcare labels, hang tags, and customized packaging.
Which Countries Do You Ship To?
We ship worldwide, including the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.
What Shipping Methods Do You Offer?
We offer DHL/FedEx/UPS express shipping, air cargo, and sea cargo for larger shipments. Shipping can be arranged by us or through your logistics partner.
Do You Provide Size Charts?
Yes. We offer standard US/UK/EU size charts and can create custom size grading based on your requirements.
Can We Place Smaller Reorders?
Yes. Once a design has been produced, we can accept repeat orders with lower MOQs (style-specific).
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept international bank transfer (SWIFT), Wise, and PayPal (for samples only). Standard terms are 50% advance + 50% before dispatch.
Do You Provide Design or Region Exclusivity?
Yes. Exclusivity can be offered based on annual order commitments.
Do You Offer Eco-Friendly Packaging?
Yes. We provide compostable bags, recycled polybags, kraft tags, and other low-waste packaging solutions.
What Quality Control Standards Do You Follow?
Every order goes through fabric inspection, measurement checks, stitching and finishing audits, and a final quality inspection following international export standards.
